Loved the cozy lobby atmosphere with its bright decor, and the modern pancake machine at breakfast was a fun twist! The staff were very friendly and attentive during our stay.

during my stay, I loved how close the hotel was to great options like the Montgomery Museum and Art Center, which was only about 5 kilometers away, and the amazing Fatback Soul Shack, just over a kilometer down the road, making it super easy to explore all of these attractions on foot.

The unique pancake maker at breakfast was a delightful surprise and a hit among guests of all ages.

I could hear other guests coming in late, which made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from doors opening and closing.

The room lacked a coffee pot and microwave, making it a hassle to get hot water for tea. The refrigerator barely cooled items, causing concerns about food spoilage. Temperature control was frustrating. it fluctuated between too cold and too warm. Decor felt outdated and the squeeze dispensers in the bathroom were awkward to use, particularly for someone with arthritis. Additionally, only two washcloths were provided, which was insufficient.

However, a lack of communication about the absence of hot water was frustrating, combined with inconsistent water pressure in the shower. Additionally, while the stay was enjoyable, nighttime noise from adjoining rooms was a notable distraction.

The hotel had modern decor, creating a pleasant ambiance during our stay. Our room was spacious with laminate flooring, which added a clean, contemporary touch. The bathroom was also sizable and well-designed, making our morning routines enjoyable. We appreciated the breakfast options, especially the yogurt selections that catered to different tastes. In addition, the hotel's proximity to various dining options made it easy to explore local cuisine.

However, the water pressure in the shower was not the best.

Comfortable beds and a clean, spacious bathroom made for a pleasant family stay. The kids particularly enjoyed the downstairs lounge area, filled with games. However, the experience was tainted by an unexpected lack of hot water during our entire visit, which the staff failed to notify us about until after we paid. Additionally, while the common area offers great amenities, it lacked certain engagement options that could have enhanced our stay.

Clean and modern room with efficient staff. Enjoyed the spacious shower and complimentary breakfast (loved the yogurt options! ). Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy.

The hydration station on our floor only dispensed ice, so went to the ground floor for water refills (a bit annoying, but manageable).

Nice fitness center and great game room but wi-fi was spotty.
